Our Process

We manage it all, from site surveys and council approvals to helping you select your perfect tiles, paint colours and fittings. Our streamlined process includes a detailed quote within two weeks, a typical construction timeline of 22 weeks, and clear communication throughout. Plus, you pay nothing until your slab is poured.

What areas do you serve?

While Dubbo is our home base, we also build in surrounding areas. In addition to Dubbo, we’ve built beautiful homes for clients in Gilgandra, Narromine and Wellington. If you’re outside these areas, get in touch, and we’ll see how we can help!

How long does it actually take to build a new home with you?

On average, our streamlined building process takes about 22 weeks from the start of construction. Before we can start building, there is a 12-week period where we will work on the design of your home. Keep in mind that things like the complexity of your design, council approvals and your specific choices can affect the timeline. We’ll give you a detailed schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Can I make design changes during construction?

It’s your home, so we understand that you might want to make adjustments along the way. While it’s possible to make some changes during construction, it’s definitely best to finalise your design and selections before we break ground. Changes after construction starts can add extra costs and might affect the timeline. Some changes might also need council approval. If you do want to make a change, talk to us as soon as possible. We’ll always be upfront about the costs and any potential delays involved, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
